“Mama Su” originates from one of our favorite Mama’s, Sununta. Sununta found her way around the kitchen at an early age in Thailand. Spending time cooking with her aunt, she learned how to balance complex and powerful flavors and has been bringing the heat to the mountains we love, since 2010.
